Initiate learning by empowering students to prepare project based on the central idea, using various supporting resources. Plan Formative & Summative assessments; analyze assessment as tools to asses learning outcome. Liase effectively with Special Needs teachers, involving, them where appropriate in academic planning.
 Classroom Management/ Supporting Resources – Adaptive to individual student needs. Use of variety of tools & instructional strategies to engage & address students’ diverse learning needs, including technology integration across curriculum, skits, charts, Manipulative, field trips, Library, Audio visual aids, online quiz & games, class discussions, questions, prompts, and cues to enhance & ensure learning for all. Introduced the use of Eurhythmics.
 Curriculum Development & Integration – Integrate curriculums like ICSE & IGCSE and use the best of both Indian and International Curriculums, with a comprehensive mix of instruction and research/inquiry based assignments to enhance students’ interest. Ensuring curriculum implementation throughout primary as a member of curriculum development committee.
 Relationship Management – Develop positive relationship with students, Play a mentor’s role for students outside academic areas. Liaise effectively with parents/guardians through informative oral and written reports of their wards’ performance, behavior and achievements. Discuss appropriate targets and encourage parents to support their children’s learning behavior and progress. Seek avenues to involve parents in their child’s learning.
 Co-Curricular Activities – Grooming/Developing students to actively participate in various co-curricular activities.
 Social Media Management – Responsible for updating various Primary events and sharing student achievements on school’s FB page/Twitter Handle and whats app.

• Initiated ‘Student Speak’- Making students express themselves on & off the stage by motivating and showcasing talent specific to each student.
• Content writing for Round Square Work shop brochures.
• Member of interview panel for primary teachers’ recruitment and member of Curriculum development and implementation committee.
